- Surfaces must be dry and free of dust, degreased and primed.
- Before using BST MR, mix with a mechanical stirrer to a homogeneous consistency for 3-5 minutes.
- The material is applied in layers; it is recommended to apply it by airless spraying or manually using paint brushes.
- The thickness of the first wet layer when applied should not exceed 400 microns. All subsequent layers must be applied with a recommended thickness of one wet layer of no more than 1800 microns.
- Interlayer drying from 6 hours. Complete drying of the coating takes 10 days.
- Application temperature from -10°C to + 40°C, relative humidity no more than 85%.
- After application, wash all working tools and equipment with xylene, P5, P4.
- When working with BST MR, it is necessary to use personal protective equipment.
- BST MR is packaged in sealed metal buckets weighing 22 kg.
- Store and transport in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures from - 40°C to + 40°C.
- The shelf life of BST MR in original, unopened packaging is 12 months from the date of production, subject to compliance with storage conditions.
