Fire retardant paint is used for fire protection of cables and cable lines in single and group installations in rooms with humidity up to 100% and in the open air. Also used for installation of cable line passage units, ventilation lines, cable ducts and fire barriers (walls, partitions, floors, etc.) with a fire resistance rating of REI up to 150 minutes. BST KSV is a one-component water-based thermally expanding material.

- Surfaces must be dry and free of dust, dirt and oil.

- Before using BST KSV, it is mixed with a mechanical stirrer until homogeneous.

- The material is applied in layers; it is recommended to apply it by airless spraying or manually using paint brushes.

- After application, rinse all working tools and equipment with water.

- Use only at positive temperatures from plus 5°C.

- BST KSV is packaged in sealed metal buckets with a volume of 15 kg.

- BST KSV must be stored and transported at a positive temperature of up to + 40°C. For long-term storage, the recommended temperature range is from + 5°C to + 25°C.

- Freezing and overheating of the composition is not allowed.

- The shelf life of BST KSV in original, unopened packaging is 12 months from the date of production, subject to compliance with storage conditions.
